When former Nicola Sturgeon was cornered like a rat by the Holyrood press pack, you could see in her demeanor that she extremely uncomfortab...
Closing Holyrood is the one and only way to fix this now, The SNP would have you believe that this would result in street riots. I don't think it would as a great number of Scots are not in favour of what it has turned into.
ReplyDeleteScotland only works as an industrial country and the only industry that Holyrood does anything to represent is tourism. Who at Holyrood ever speaks on the subject of industrial strategy?
Close Holyrood and properly fund our councils and we would immediately see an improvement in the lives of all Scots.
The main purpose of Holyrood is to divvy-up the annual block-grant. That allows them to disenfranchise anyone who has the temerity to argue with them. I notice Sturgeon stood-up at Holyrood today and denounced the imperialist aggression of Russia. I'm sure we all agree with her but her job as leader of a devolved administration is to provide administration and fair leadership. In doing that she has failed utterly. The most inept administrator in Europe and one of the worst in the whole world. The peerless gangster.
ReplyDeleteGermany's Chancellor Scholz is considering whether to support Russia's exclusion from the worldwide SWIFT banking system. Ms Sturgeon has DEMANDED that he does so straight away. There you are, George - she's not in charge of a wee devolved administration, she's in fact in charge of all of Europe and Russia too. Isn't she wonderful and we are so lucky to have her. Russia has Putin but we have Sturgeon.
ReplyDeleteWhen the Scottish Assembly first opened, there were claims that no-one would be afraid to state their case there. Now 20-odd years later, everyone is afraid to state their case. The SNP might have started the trend, but all of the parties go-along with it. They're all best of pals. They're all ripping us off. That isn't a Parliament in a million years.
